Roslyn Project

This three bedroom, 1920s wooden bungalow, was in desperate need of weatherboard repairs and, as it turned out, window replacements as well. Scaffolding was required so the owner decided to also paint the house at the same time. Weatherboard replacement meant that the rooms affected could also be fully insulated and the rotten window frames replaced with matching wooden frames and double glazing, to ensure the bedrooms would be cosy for the Dunedin winters.

As it was the home owner’s first experience with a renovation/repair project, she wanted someone who could help with project management and bring forward ideas for what she could do and couldn’t do. The team at RenoMasters provided this support and managed the repair process.
