STEP FIVE

Approve Quote:

Once your plans are with the Council, it's time to put together your detailed final quote. This outlines what your investment is going to be prior to your project commencing. Once you're happy with the design, timeline and the quote is agreed, an action plan is developed.

 

STEP SIX

Sign Contract and Agree on Start Date:

Once you are happy with the design and all your requirements have been met, we go through your paperwork to ensure everything is taken care of including the signing of the contract.

 

STEP SEVEN

All Systems Go:

The work begins. We offer weekly site meetings or updates with the Project Manager or Foreman throughout the project.

 

STEP EIGHT

Job is Completed!

The work site is left clean, project has been signed off, keys have been returned and the final payment has been made.

Design Conception to Completion

Right from the initial contact through to the completion we will be there to guide you along the way.

 

We will meet with you onsite, in person (where ever possible) so we can obtain a good understanding of what it is you want to achieve with your project and so you can get to know us before we go any further and so we know we can work together, for the what is sometimes the biggest investment in your life.

 

This way we can run through your plan. We will go through our full process and let you know about the range of materials, fixtures and fittings that are available.

 

STEP ONE

First Initial Contact:

We understand that your time is valuable, so we will organise a time that suits for a no-obligation meeting.

 

STEP TWO

Site Meeting:

We will have a site meeting with you (where possible) to further discuss your project and go through our checklist in more detail.

 

STEP THREE

Meet and Work with Architect through the Design and Concept Process:

After the site meeting we will have a better understanding of your requirements and visions, so we are able to meet with the Architect to discuss these requirements and ideas.

STEP FOUR

Estimated Costs or Preliminary Budget:

We will provide an estimatation or a preliminary budget* that accurately identifies the true cost of your proposed project at any stage.

*preliminary budget costs range from $250-$1500 plus gst based on the value of the renovation. This cost will be credited once the building contract is complete.

 

STEP FIVE
