A house with beautiful views overlooking Port Chalmers is set to undergo a full renovation.

The renovations will begin with a complete interior demolition of both the bottom and top floors.

​

The kitchen will be reoriented to maximise space, opening it up and facing it towards the Port views. New kitchen cabinetry and appliances will be installed.

​

The entire ground level will be lined with new subflooring and flooring, creating a solid foundation for the rest of the renovations.

​

The current laundry, currently tucked away in a cupboard within the main bathroom, will be relocated to its own designated room next to the bathroom. Additionally, other walls downstairs will be demolished to create an open-plan living area, with a load-bearing beam installed to ensure structural integrity.

​

All three bedrooms upstairs will be reconstructed with new walls, carpet, paint, and curtains.
