RenoMasters collaborated with these clients to bring their vision for their new home to life after they relocated to Dunedin from Auckland.

In the bedroom, demolishing the original wardrobe created extra space for the new ensuite bathroom. The fully tiled ensuite is spacious, featuring a bathtub, tiled shower, large vanity, and toilet.

A custom-built wardrobe is cleverly hidden behind a headboard built into the middle of the room.

​

The homeowners’ favorite part of the renovation is the kitchen. Designed in a U-shape, the kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and countertops constructed for convenience, offering ample storage space. Walls separating the old kitchen and dining area were demolished to create an open-plan living space.

Hardwood flooring underneath the old carpet was restored and polished.

​

Upgraded insulation and new double-glazed windows throughout will ensure the home remains warm during the colder months.

The homeowners are delighted with the final result of the renovation that has breathed new life into their home.
