Full Interior Renovation
We’re currently working on a full renovation of a rental flat on Melbourne Street in South Dunedin, Dunedin. This property belongs to one of our long-term clients who wants to refresh the space and increase rental income for years to come.
Our team is carrying out a complete transformation from old to new, updating every room with modern finishes, fresh interiors and durable fixtures that will stand up to daily tenant use. The goal is to create a warm, low-maintenance home that appeals to quality tenants and lifts the overall value of the property.

This project is still in progress and you can follow along as it takes shape. During the demolition we even uncovered a small time capsule, goodies from the 1970s hidden inside the walls, which adds a bit of Dunedin history to the story.
