FARLEY

STREET

Sitting on a central Kaikorai section, the original 1969 dwelling was purchased as a full demolish-and-rebuild project. In its place, we are constructing a modern four-bedroom, two-bathroom home featuring an ensuite, a main bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The new design includes an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area that flows seamlessly onto an expansive wrap-around deck — creating the perfect layout for family living and entertaining.

CRAFTED
FOR LIVING

by RenoMasters

This Farley Street build has been a full journey from bare section to a finished home. Our crew handled everything on site with care, steady progress and proper workmanship. The result is a warm, modern space built for everyday living.

These finished photos show the details, the flow and the quality of the completed home. You can see how each part of the design came together in the final stages of the build.

If you are planning your own project and want a team who can take care of the whole build from start to finish, we are ready to help.

BUILDING

Transforming Spaces

The slab for this Farley Street home went down earlier in the year and from there the build took shape fast. Our team worked through each stage with steady progress, good communication and solid workmanship.

By September the family were able to move in, while we wrapped up the last bits outside with the decking and fencing.

Watch some of our build progress and the good times on site in these photos. They show how the house came together from the ground up, step by step, until the final result.

BEFORE & DEMO

Transforming Spaces

Before this project took shape, a 1969 home sat on the section here in Kaikorai Valley. It had great morning sun and a solid outlook, but the old layout never really made the most of it. We carried out the demolition in 2024 and cleared the site, but the build itself did not get underway until 2025 when plans for the new home were fully ready.

These photos show the original house, the section as it was, and the demolition process that set the stage for the new build. It is a good look at where the project began before the transformation into the family home that now stands here.
