Full Home Renovation​​

This home has been transformed from a dated interior to now boast a bright and modern feel.

​

Reconfiguration was the first step after the demolition was completed. Where the front door entrance once stood, there is now an ensuite for the master bedroom. A fantastic addition for the homeowners, this ensuite is completely tiled, equipped with underfloor heating, and features all new fittings and fixtures.

Each of the three bedrooms were stripped, repainted, and fitted with new carpet and curtains. The laundry has been completely transformed as well with the addition of a laundry bench, cabinetry, and feature tiling.

The most noticeable changes occurred in the living room and kitchen area. The sunken living room floor has been raised, and the kitchen wall was demolished to open up the space. All new kitchen cabinetry and an island were installed. New windows were also installed throughout the home, ensuring warmth and allowing in much more natural light.

​

One of the highlights of this renovation project is the newly constructed deck. The old deck, deteriorated with age and weather, was in desperate need of attention. It was demolished and replaced with a new one. The lounge opens out onto the deck, which extends along the length of the house and is accessed by newly constructed stairs.
