Harbour Renovation

A quirky house tucked away in the trees, the owners sought an interior renovation upgrade.

This renovation involves demolishing interior walls and reconfiguring the main living floor, which includes the bathroom, laundry, lounge, kitchen, dining room, and two of the bedrooms.

The original narrow kitchen is being moved to another corner of the house to make better use of space and allow more natural light.

New wardrobes are being constructed in the bedrooms, and new stairs are being installed between the floors.

The bathroom and laundry are being completely reoriented. The laundry is being extended with added storage space, and new fittings and fixtures will be installed in the bathroom.

The sunroom that overlooks the harbour will have new roof framing, and the roof will be replaced with corrugated roofing.

New paint, flooring, carpet, and cabinetry will breathe life back into this home.

The original ensuite bathroom connected to the master bedroom is being converted into a walk-in wardrobe, and a new ensuite, twice the size of the original one, is being built in the study space of the bedroom.

Demolition is in progress and framing construction will be underway in the next couple of weeks

Stay tuned to see the progress of this ongoing renovation.
