Wooden Villa Renovation

RenoMasters, Registered Master Builders based in Dunedin, are excited to showcase their latest project – a complete renovation of a very sweet wooden villa in need of some love.

Roslyn Project

This three bedroom, 1920s wooden bungalow, was in desperate need of weatherboard repairs and, as it turned out, window replacements as well. Scaffolding was required so the owner decided to also paint the house at the same time.

A Full House Renovation in Mornington

This first time home renovator lived in her house for 18 months prior to starting on the renovation in order to fully understand how she wanted the house layout to change to match her lifestyle.
